Hotel booking confirmation depends on room availability. Standard Korea hotel check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00.
Styling, makeup, skincare, and other beauty services listed in the itinerary are included according to the confirmed quotation.
Final schedule may be adjusted depending on salon, clinic, spa, hotel, traffic, weather, holidays, and local operating conditions.

- Christmas, New Year surcharges, and gala dinner costs are charged separately.

- Unused services during the tour are non-refundable.
- Please do not leave valuables inside the bus or vehicle during sightseeing.
- Final itinerary may change due to traffic, weather, national events, or local conditions.
Reservation, payment & cancellation policy
Full payment is required at least 45 days before departure.
Hotels may request a cash or credit card deposit at check-in. This is not included in the quotation and must be paid directly by the customer or corporate client.
The company is not responsible for claims or expenses caused by customer negligence, injury, flight delay or cancellation, natural disasters, or situations beyond company control.
If a bus or vehicle is damaged due to the customer’s negligence, the customer must pay compensation for the damage.
- Same-day cancellation after reservation request: full refund available.
- 46 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation fee.
- 31–45 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
- 16–30 days before departure: 70% cancellation fee.
- 8–15 days before departure: 85% cancellation fee.
- Travel day to 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.
